seriously damn pissed now.
Told my mum my chinese EOY marks today, (101/200).. C6.
As if i wasn't upset enough, she immediately pounces on the chance to launch another scolding on how i don't study enough, how i spend all my time playing, how i won't give her the chance to "help me", how i don't want to go for tuition.
Hello! I studied like a week at most for my midyear exams, and I got A2. For this i started at least a month in advance, carrying my duzhe everywhere (like even when i went to tan at the pool. .___. ), looking at my chengyu lists between lessons, mentally baozhangbaodao-ing everything i saw, eng or chinese.
Okay, so i spend all my time playing. Sure, for the past two weeks i spent an average of 3 hours a week playing Medal of Honour. It wasn't even installed in my computer till long after the exam was over. I don't recall any games before that, other than the occasional 20min CS game every couple weeks.
I dont' want her to help me? Helping me involves sitting me down and asking me to read chengyu aloud. Not as if i don't study chengyu by myself. And it just feels plain weird to be chanting chengyu while your brother's girlfriend walks past you.
I don't want to go tuition? I'm the only kid in the family who has tuition already. I'm the only kid with specs, i just don't want to be different anymore, okay? I just dont' want to impose on my parents any more than I have to. This mark should be from my own effort. AND anyway her tuition is from China kids from the school she works in, i don't really fancy learning from them.
You make youself sound like the victim here, while you sit there and blame me for dropping A2 to C6 even though i put in more effort.
Grah. As though that isn't upsetting enough already. Freaking C6 leh. My EOY leh. You think i happy ah?

But anyway, there's still the proper 0s, so jiayou to me! I'm gonna take up tuition from my mum's students, see if they can teach me anything i may be able to use. Less than 2 months, gogogo!
