So, watching other's oral defences...
like whoa.
Everyone's pretty damn good, I think I'll have to really step up my game to match. Dance videos, anyone? (:
Anyway, was making my powerpoint for Oral defence, really brought up alot of memories. It's really, really quite meaningful to reflect on these 4 years, these lifechanging 4 years.
Be it in Sec 1/2, with the making of friends, Mr. Paul Lim, knowing the people that would most likely keep in contact with the rest of my life, or the (post ORA heh) Sec 3/4 years that saw my social skills, leadership capabilities surfacing, Secondary school will always be the place i remember most, stm or no.
I realised how much i've neglected my old friends as well, even my sec 1/2 friends, much less my primary school friends. I wonder if this gap can ever be bridged though. *stares at super-manly Leon Chng*
In fact, Oral Defence is probably the only academic subject i would gladly put in weeks of effort for. Its just so interesting and compelling.
But I only have 2 days? Meh.
