Yay, I'm feeling happyy!
I went to skateboard! (SHH DUN TELL MY MUM)
Dexter: "Skateboard so cool!"
Basically played around at the top of the carpark for an hour or so. My sis bought a new board so she gave the bigger older one to me. But it was like a few months old only, so it felt pretty new.
Admittedly, I exercised my arms more than my legs during the first half an hour, because I was desperately failing my arms to keep my balance. But then I progressed to olies!
Dexter: "Olie so cool!"
Still working on it though. I'm gonna skate on Thursday, hopefully.
Then my sister fell down on the way back... because we decided to take a pretty steep slope. It would have been funny if she wasn't hurt, because there were two women who were rounding the corner when suddenly a skateboard flew past them, followed by a girl rolling to a stop in font of them.
And one of them turned out to be a doctor. lol.
A few scratches only, though, so my sis was quite lucky.
Dexter: "Sister so cool!"
Yes, I agree. Tomboyish, but cool as hell.
Which is a pretty good oxymoron.
