Today me, Ye Zhou, Ahman, JX, Gah, Suf, Chia, Ashraf, and Davin went to LAN. We screamed at our computers over DotA, then CS, then DotA again.

Then we ate macs and went home.
And.....

I BOUGHT THE GENIE ALBUM!!!! XDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXD

It cost me 20 bucks though... and wasn't really worth it in terms of content. But still, its a show of support against piracy.

And then its 10.30 and I'm just starting on my maths worksheet. Hence the short post. I'll edit this tomorrow. Byes for now.

-EDIT-
I decided not to delete the above stuff, because after all I want to preserve this memory for posterity.

Imagine myself, 80 years old, telling my grandchildren about the good old days where blogs were fun, and they'll point out this post and ask me who's Genie Chuo.

But anyway, as an edit I'll be describing the lanning session in more detail.
Hmm. We reached paradiz at 12.30 or maybe 1... nt sure. Then we started to play dota, and ashraf had to return back to school after an hour. I first blooded Wang with Meepo! ROFL. Towards end game I had the most deaths... but at least my K/D ratio was better than anu's overall. I need to train DotA, as it's a very important social skill.

Then now more about the Genie Album!
First, there was a nice little picture book containing a lot of pictures! (duh) And quite nice lah.. becoz shes cute haha. I prefer the MVs though.

Then there were 2 discs in the box, and a lyrics booklet. One disc was all the songs, and the other was about 1hr worth of 4 MVs, the making of the MVs, and a video diary of some 13-day korea trip or something. I realised that Genie looks vaugely Korean or Japanese...

Compared to PLAY, the SHE album, this one is not as good, obviously due to the differences in budget. PLAY had like 10+ MVs wtf. 1 for every song.

Ok, now to the Genie songs!
I've heard all of them except 1 before I bought the disc, and I have to say that that one song is now my favourite. It's called "Finally, the salt said to the pepper" and despite the name it's a really emo song with a beautiful tune.

I won't go about too much into the cheemness of the lyrics, but it basically talks about how the protagonist realises that they cannot go on together, despite already trying so hard. The lyrics start from the scene of the boyfriend eating alone in a large candelit table, and zooms into some cheem story about how the salt and pepper, despite being so close together, are meant for different things, no matter how hard they try to change, some things can never change.
Quite a lot of methaphors in that song, and once again like I said the tune rawks.

Ah well. Gotta mug for the physics and geog tests tomorrow. =( Mainly because I'm Geog Rep, or else I won't care about it. Haiz.

Byes!
