Ah well. I'm kinda bored so I opened up Blogger. So why not blog? Anyway, today was nothing much lor... basically we met a bunch of new teachers that are going to teach us chem/geog/English for the rest of the two years probably. We gave the teachers a very bad impression of the class =D
Then it was PE! I discovered that I de-proved a lot since Sec 2, and now I get chao out of breath after 1.6km. Which is badd! And I can only do about 9 or so proper pull ups ba. Don't even get me started on my Sit and Reach.
Thus, I decided to make a lil' workout timetable, like the one Kwek has. Except mine would not be as masochistic as his. Anyway my timetable is just to maintain, not build. So, here is a rough outline for all the weekdays.
Weekdays: Morning- 30 situps, 20 pushups, jog to sch (On days where I'm not wearing long pants) Afternoon- NPCC (Mon, Weds) Gym (Tues & Fri, if possible) Evening- Walk back home. 2x 120 skipping rope, 20 R.Jumps, 20 pushups. Night- . 30 situps, 30 pullups (over a period of time), roughly 20 pushups. Stretch, Sleep.
Saturday: Morning- Stretch, 30 J.Jacks (Set of 8), 7 pullups. Afternoon- Swim if possible, or else do hmk Night- Situps, pullups, pushups, stretch, sleep
Sunday: Morning- Gym (3.6KM, Lat pulldown, etc) Afternoon- Church Night- Situps, pullups, pushups, stretch, sleep again.
As you can see it's not that tough, but it'll maintain my fitness until I decide to increase it after NAPFA. Being easier means that it's easier to follow as well.
Hmm. Nothing else happened today, I guess. Just that there was a lot of talk about airport runways... it's an inside joke so nvm. I'm starting to like my class. It's like a frigging noisy 2M. I laike!
