I'm starting to become scared. I haven't bought my books, I haven't bought my uniform, I haven't done anything remotely resembling holiday homework, and I don't know what homework I have anyway. And there's only one month left. 3 weeks, because I'll be going to Malaysia for about a week. And if I'm not wrong, there are a couple of Chinese book reviews and a commonwealth essay, I think. But, I'll start doing stuff tomorrow. For today, it'll be chinups, swimming, and computer games. Strange, huh? The holidays just pass by so quickly. And, I'm feeling emo all of a sudden. Now that the year is ending, it's time to reflect back on the year, reassess my relationships, my goals and accomplishments, my attitude towards the coming year, what I hope to acheive and avoid. Or not. I'm a lazy guy. ---------------------- Anyway, I'm about to cook lunch for myself. Today wont be instant noodles. Yesterday, my mum bought home fried rice for dinner, but no one ate it. So, I'll be reheating it for lunch today. But then, I thought to myself "Why not make it better?" And so, I've pulled out my knife and stuff and started upgrading the fried rice with diced chicken, egg, black pepper, garlic, chili, a lime if I can find it, and breadcrumbs. It'll either turn out great or really shitty. I'm hoping I get a good lunch.
(Edit) Hoo baby, that was NAICE!!! I'm eating so fast I'm suffocating. (You can't breathe while you swallow. Try it.) So while I'm catching my breath I'm blogging.
Total ingredients in the fried rice: Rice, spring onions, shrimp, chicken stock, (I think that was in the un-upgraded rice), Salt or Light soy sauce, not sure. Plus Egg, minced garlic, green chili, diced chicken, black pepper, pepper, salt, dark and light soy sauce. I forgot the breadcrumbs until it was too late, and I couldn't find any limes. so... What made it better was that I cooked it myself, so there was some sense of accomplishment. It's a bit oily though. Whoo completely finished the mountain of rice in less than 10 minutes, including this blogging time. It's a record for me. Well, so there you have it.
