You know one thing I really hate?
*looks up*
Injuries! Especially abrasions. Y'know, those injuries you normally get when you fall down while running... basically when the skin is just scraped away but not too deeply.
Yes I really hate those. I can bear with deeper cuts, just not abrasions.
Lets talk about the one on my knee now. On Wedsday, while playing soccer at the Raffles Square (The part with more sand) I slipped while trying to turn while running (becoz its concrete + some sand for for less grip) and as you all know I am a superduper fast runner (I know you will suan me for this Welras) and so my fall was pretty fast. Coupled with the sand acting like sandpaper... ouch. A few seconds after that my leg was bloody... bloody. As in blood was tricking down my leg. Hurried to wash my knee... but the wound didn't turn out to be too big. Nevertheless I went out of the game after playing for one more goal.
So why did I blog about this one day later?
Well because now my wound is tricking not blood but pus.
Let's take a moment to say "Ewww".
Serious! After I bathed rather paintfully and I looked at my knee I found a 3-inch long trickle of hardened pus. Somehow a small wound can make so much pus. Its really gross.
But enough of this I guess.
Hmm... What else did I do today?
Oh yeah. The hall. Sure... Singapore has a very good sense of cleanliness and hygiene. Tell that to the guy who shat in the middle of the frigging hall. We just walked in and then... Bomb! Bomb! Some stinkbomb too. Maybe a hundred grams worth of premium shit can fill up a whole hall with its smell. It took 3 people, armed with a mop, broom, dustpan, 4 cans of air freshener and approximately half an hour for them to clean the floor and remove the smell of shit in the air. It didn't really work though as the spammed air freshener smelled as strong. Other than that it was a boring day as the whole day was spent in the hall. At least we watched a very nice musical parodying the Wizard of Oz but adding dance moves to it. I'm so going to learn that cartwheel-eclipse thingiy that guy did. And of course everyone was thinking sick. As usual.
It's the Passing Out Parade tomorrow for RINPCC people (And I was just informed today) and so I need to find my uniform and polish my boots if I can find them. So... yeah. See ya at the Swim Meet tomorrow.
