Hi. I didn't update for the past few days because I just installed Warcraft.
And DotA.
Needless to say I've been playing it for these few days and boy is it fun. Like hor fun. (Sorry, just felt like squeezing it in.) DotA, or Defence of the Ancients is about people shouting over computer screens at little characters running around and killing each other, and Ahman walking around pulling out power plugs to "GGXX Alt QQ Kiam Chai" the game, while another section of the class plays Rubik Cube and gets owned by Davin.
Well digressed a bit. This is more or less what's been happening in our class since the EOYs were over. However, with the arrival of the results (Dum Dum Dum!) everyone is crying about how the EOYs pulled down their marks not to get that 4.0.
Heck, I don't really see why everyone is so angsty about their results. The exams are over so any angsting or emoing or "Wahlao I missed 4.0 by 2 marks!" is really useless and a waste of breath that could be spent shouting at each other about DotA.
Ok, bad example.
Seriously though, I don't really see the importance of the results. All that you need to do is check that its marked correct, and if you score badly mug more next time! Is there a need to start slamming at your calculators for your G.P.A when it would be released in the report in a few days ANYWAY? Exams are over! If you want start mugging, if not then slack! What's with the angsting?
But anyway, I am rather angst about my results, exp. English. For some reason my CA was 73% and guess what was my EOY. 50%!!! What the hell? I thought I did quite well for the paper! It pulled my G.P.A from 3.6 to 2.8...
Other than that I'm okay. My results are still around my CA standard so not much of a change in my overall GPA. I'm happy for my chinese, as I got most of the 汉字 section correct for the first time in 2 years. That pulled up my score to 65.5! Wootz!
Hmm... anything else happen today?
Oh yea... I forgot to bring my tie. That means that I'll have to wear it for the rest of the week. And also I need to bring my games for Ashraf or Shek to see if they can play it.
Anything else....
I guess not.
