Okay, some short tips about how to recall dreams.

It's basically formed upon self-affirmation, you have to keep telling yourself that you CAN recall your dreams, you will accept and welcome any emotions along with your dreams, you will dream, and remember your dreams, now and throughout the day... stuff like that.

There's a Tibetian method, which is to concentrate your desire for dream recall and visualise it as a glowing blue ball at the back of your throat. Hold this visualisation till you sleep. Quite interesting, cause it's the area of the brain stem that's in charge of dream activation. Maybe the psychological visualisation helps to trigger vivid dreams.

There's two water methods, first the "third eye" method, which is to dip two fingers in water, first touch your throat, then rub the area in the centre of your forehead, just above the point between your brows.

Another method is to drink half a glass of water, while telling yourself positive affirmation. Then when you wake up and can't rmemeber any dreams, drink the second half of the water.

Oh, and keep a dream journal. We forget dreams easilly. Just put a notebook at your bedside, along with a small light, if you don't have enough light when you wake up.

Spent the day swimming, then later at night found out that my shoulder was busted, again. Ouch. Dunno why leh! like abit, frozen, liddat.  I went to paste that Chinese smelling patch. Heh.

But i still was practicing popping. haha. Couldn't wave, not with my right hand anyway. Damn shoulder. D:

Yeah, i was reminded of a few new year's resolutions i forgot about making, which are more dance related, like getting moonwalk and related glide motions correct, as well as popping and waves. But since it's not "new year" already, they won't be part of my resolutions. Just reminders to practice them often.

Saw some accident on the way to Angie's house. Well, near there, anyway. Yuwei's house actually. Quite serious. I think, 3 cars?

My chinese "koyok"thingum. Sorry for the face, been a long day heh.
Saw this couple walking! just seems kinda sweeet.
